Anaconda Cut Wins Apartment Rental Service of the Year

We are thrilled to announce Anaconda Cut has won an award in the Manchester Corporate LiveWire Prestige Awards 2019. Against stiff competition, Anaconda Cut won in the Apartment Rental Service of the Year category.

The highly competitive awards celebrate both small and medium sized enterprises across the city. Nominees must prove their success over the past year, showing they provide a high-quality, personalised experience.

It has been a great few months for us, with our first residents joining us in March. And since then, we have gone from strength to strength.

We have steadily built up a warm, welcoming community here at Anaconda Cuts. Our residents come together for yoga sessions and bagel breakfasts, and our four-legged friends enjoy doggy playdates together, too.

We have also developed strong relationships with the wider community, partnering with the Aegis Trust and Salford Foodbank.

Winning the Apartment Rental Service of the Year marks a milestone for Anaconda Cut and the team, and showing that our hard work has paid off.

“Offering a great service is something that we have proudly kept at the heart of what we hoped to achieve since opening in March”, said Community Director Nathan.

“I am particularly proud of our staff who have shown that through hard work and determination, and despite the challenges of opening a brand new building, this ethos has been upheld – and this is the first of many triumphs for Anaconda Cut which will see many more resident events, activities and a pledge to do more for the local area of Salford.”
